I loved this hotel! It was so clean and had great facilities. I found it very easy to get around as it was within walking distance of Sannomiya station and the central shopping area. Plus, it was really convenient to get to from the port. The staff were also incredibly helpful.

That there were no laundry facilities available and we had to leave our dirty clothes to be cleaned off-site. the noise levels outside the hotel were quite high at night, but that's to be expected in a busy city like this.
